Description

This is a full time role - 30-40 hours a week We are hiring a professional maintenance associate. The individual who fills this role must be able to perform tasks in the following service areas. Our Services Include: General maintenance (Annual property inspections, fire/smoke detector installation, CO detector installation, Furnace filter changes) Electrical (correcting wiring, installing switches, outlets and light fixtures) Plumbing (cleaning sinks, showers, and tub drains. Replacing and rebuilding faucets, tub/shower valve assemblies, rebuilding or replacing toilets, Removing/replacing existing PVC lines, PEX, etc) Plaster and drywall install and finishing Windows and doors (restoring functionality and new installations) Concrete, stucco, masonry and tile Fencing Painting Demolition and debris removal You must be comfortable receiving and processing work orders, taking notes and attaching material receipts/amounts. You must be able to contact tenants and schedule appointments. You must be able to shop and use company accounts to purchase materials when needed.
