Description

We are looking for a part-time maintenance worker to maintain our buildings and grounds. The job involves interior painting, drywall patching, lawn cutting, snow removal, occasional changing of an outlet or switch, minor plumbing, and general clean-up of areas. You should have good mechanical skills, a good head for deductive reasoning, good time management, accuracy with paperwork is necessary, and the ability to keep your tools clean and organized. A clean driving record, the ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen is mandatory. The job is currently estimated to run about 10 to 20 hours per week, as such, it is part-time however it could become full-time.
