Whitmer stopped counting the virus case counts because she saw that she was losing leverage over the FALLING NUMBERS on the Virus, so she shifted to the "Shots in the Arm" Scale just to keep the power in her hands. She says she will open more of the economy once we get to 70 percent shots in arms, then she says 16 and younger Don't Count. Well, with thinking like that, it looks like she is really looking for 80 Percent Shots in Arms and nothing short of that. Just SAD
