Southeastern Protection Services, a well-established, growing, reputable leader in the kitchen exhaust cleaning industry, has an immediate opportunity for an Operations Supervisor. Our company is recognized for its reputation built on quality, reliability, and trust. We have the need to hire someone who can step in and oversee multiple crews. As a Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nightly activities of multiple crews, which include training of individuals in exhaust hood cleaning, fielding of phone calls from crews to help solve problems and crew personnel management. Company Truck Provided. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Provide leadership and direction to all crews Effectively manage and re-schedule lead crews at multiple sites to complete all projects on-time Train crew members on proper exhaust hood cleaning Insure that all crews meet the high-quality standards required by our company Understanding and managing of scheduling, and can deal effectively with customers Responsible for monitoring profitability of schedule Ability to solve practical problems pertaining to crews Ensure that strict safety standards are followed always JOB REQUIREMENTS Work Sunday- Thursday Night. Hours Vary Typically 9PM-6AM Personnel management Experience in managing multiple crews simultaneously Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills A valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
