Home Manager + Nanny Position We are a working couple, looking to hire a professional, reliable, trustworthy, responsible and talented individual to assist us with child care and Home management responsibilities. The individual must have great attention to detail, have excellent organizational skills and be mindful and respectful of our privacy. Children: Child care at home Driving kids to classes Arranging things for their Zoom classes Tutoring kids Managing kids calendars Managing class enrollments Taking kids to parks Home Chores: Home organizing Laundry Dishwashing Light cooking Taking car for repairs Paying bills Vendor management Finding the right vendors for household tasks, setting appointments etc Shopping: online and in-person shopping Others: Managing staff schedule Substituting staff occasionally Filing and organizing paperwork Managing family calendars Booking appointments Vacation/Travel planning Online research for various things Organizing family events: Eg: Birthday parties General Skills: Comfortable with technology, effective at online research Well organized Have a positive attitude Must be legally able to drive and have a driver’s license and their own car. A driving allowance for expenses will be paid additional to the hourly wages. This is a generalist position. Will be willing to train as needed and be proactive to learn new things. Experience and Requirements: Driver’s License Experience in Client Services a plus Compensation: Negotiable. Based on skills and experience Position: Part-time. 4/hr per day, 3 times per week. Open for more hours if you can do home cleaning as well.
