Arbor Counseling is presenting Shop Talks to present wellness topics and tips to help you live a more enriched life. Join us today! Anxiety is an experience that many people struggle with. Some has speculated this is the new pandemic. While it can be a normal experience, it can easily escalate and prevent us from living our lives to the fullest. This presentation will cover an intro to anxiety, how it is useful, understanding what happens in our bodies when we experience anxiety, and practical tips on how to manage it. Join us and our sponsor for this event on May 24, 2021from 6:30-8:00 at JoyHouse Coffee, 202 N. Pickaway St, Circleville OH 43113. Doors open at 6. Presentation will last an hour with time for question and answer. Tickets are FREE and required to participate as attendance is limited 25 individuals to ensure distancing.
