Young's Art Center & Carmita Smiles bring you Yoga At The YAC Every 2nd Sunday I, Carmita Smiles, will guide an all ages yoga at The YAC during local markets curated by CLE MARKET. A walk through the market and a moment for a breath and a stretch. Participants will have time before and/or after to visit vendors at the market brought to you by CLE MARKET. Market runs 11am - 3pm every 2nd Sunday of the month. Yoga begins at 215pm inside Young's Art Center. New and experienced yoga practitioners welcome. On Monday Evenings Starting May 24 2021, I will guide a Gentle Vinyasa Practice at The YAC. Yoga begins at 7pm inside Young's Art Center. New and experienced yoga practitioners welcome. This is an adult class. *Participants are encouraged to bring their own mat, towel, and water bottle with water. *
