Want to become a CEO and grow a business? Want to get hands on practice (and support), in your first CEO role, in an existing business? I don't care what age you are, what your background is, or where you are located. What I do care about is focus and motivation. With that, you start as a paid intern, and grow to run the business as CEO. The background to the business is this... About 6 years ago, I started a sideline on-demand photography business in NYC. The clients always love it (5* reviews), but I was (and am) too busy to give it the attention it deserves. I am now looking for someone to run it, and grow it. The exciting news is that this business can be a global brand and service.  It can be big. And your reward package will make sure that you benefit from this!!! For your role, we have a very clear weekly plan to follow. This will get you started, and I will guide/mentor/coach you day by day. In the first few weeks, this will involve getting our website rebuilt, getting the paid ad campaign up and running, carrying out other traffic initiatives, helping maximise conversions on the site. But please note - you are not doing this work - we will bring in specialists to do this work - your role is to manage the specialists to make it happen quickly and successfully i.e. starting to act as the CEO, not a "jack of all trades". Gradually, you will start to drive the business more and more on your own, adapting the weekly plan, building a team and moving to more of a pure leadership role. Short term, this requires getting your hands dirty, understanding how everything works. So, you bring a logical and structured mind, while also being capable of being creative. We'll do some exciting things around automation. We'll also do some innovative things around AI and data. But for now, this is about getting you into the business, seeing the vision, and starting to drive it all forward. To apply, certainly drop your resume/CV.
