**** All Furniture will be moved off tile, wide open spaces to do this job **** There is approximately 900 Square Feet of 18” x 18” Floor tile. This measurement doesn’t take off the kitchen island or base cabinets. The grout is dark in some places and will not clean easily. The floor is of a tan/beige color so if need be, we could easily re-grout it to make it all one color. We are open to either option; Clean the Grout or do a Re-Grout. So, if you specialize in tile cleaning, text us now! Or, if you specialize in tile re-grouting, text us and let us know that. Either way, we have a GREAT job that is paying CASH! There is a chance that if we do a re-grout, there might not be a need to cut the old grout out. The current grout job is fairly deep down from the tile surface. So, maybe there won’t be a need to remove any grout. Or maybe just a little grout removal may be needed. We are open for suggestions.
