Metal Preparation and Shop Cleanup
DESCRIPTION: Prepping Metal for the painting process. Involves: Washing, Sanding, and Grinding.
Other tasks involve daily clean up of general shop work areas, involving taking out trash, sweeping, and other maintenance as needed.
This is an entry level position and candidate who shows initiative and accountability will have the opportunity to advance in to other positions within the company.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Must be able to operate saws, grinders, and various other power tools.
Experience Painting is a Plus
EDUCATION:
High School Graduate or G.E.D.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Experience working in a Manufacturing environment
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:
Valid Driver’s license.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Able to carry out a series of work instructions without supervision
Ability to speak and write in English
Must adhere to shop safety protocols
Proficient with hand tools
OTHER:
Hours: M-F 8:00-4:30. Overtime may be required.

Salary: Starting Pay $12.00-$13.00/hr.
Candidate must pass a Drug Screen prior to employment.
