We are looking for a housekeeper to help maintain our home and outside areas. Key Requirements: • Must have the ability to communicate effectively • Solid references • Flexible schedule • Experience helpful but not necessary Responsibilities: • Clean and arrange rooms • Clean, organize and maintain common areas • Perform laundry duties as necessary • Deep cleaning floor boards, windows, refrigerator, etc. • Report any damages or repairs needed • Sweeping/vacuuming, polishing, and mopping making sure all assigned areas are clean, neat and tidy • Ensure appropriate maintenance of all housekeeping equipment and tools • Maintain inventory of tools and supplies used in housekeeping activities
