Jumping for Fitness is a Double Dutch workshop and workout. Burning anywhere between 800-1200 Calories an hour
With the support of Virginia's World Championship Team "We Got Skillz" be prepared to have fun, work hard and show your skills in the ropes while jumping for fitness. With classes at 10am,11am and 12pm and only 25 occupants per session you will get one on one training with the best in the sport. All are welcome!
