the board of supervisors rewards for bad behavior. Imagine that!!!!!!! a fence out of compliance with the ordinance codes adopted by the board of supervisors and amended January 16th 2020 has been out of compliance since it was erected in lower providence 2008. there is no record of a final inspection which is probably how the homeowner was allowed to get away with it. when questioned about it the homeowner cried to the board of supervisors for a variance and the fairies granted him his wish. WOW! did they do that to make sure they had his vote??????? no final inspection but thats ok. we grant him his wish. can you imagine if every homeowner put a fence up out of compliance and cried to the fairies this township would look like a pigsty. oh wait, it already does, thanks to the lower providence township supervisors.
