3 month old puppy

I have a 3 month old black and white female puppy named lola. She was born February 6th. I was told she is australian shepard, pitbull, and mastiff. Long story short we bought her off some lady on Facebook because we felt bad because she had become recently homeless. The lady said she gave her her first sets of shots but I don't know 100% for sure. She needs a lot more attention than we are able to give her and needs someone who has time to work with her because she is a slow learner. She is good around other dogs, cats, and very good with kids ( we have 5 ranging from 2 to 13). She is like 80% house trained and in the process of being kennel trained. We are asking $100 which is half of what we paid for her to guarantee she goes to a loving home. Will come with puppy food but no kennel. Email me if you have any questions
