Welder needed, "reinforce" piece of Jeep frame

There are probably more than a few spots, but...only looking for one right now. "reinforce" piece right below coil...left side, Jeep Cherokee...the sway bar bushing arm busted out (rust)...too rusted out to re attach....so...looking to give a new "exo skeletion/frame" ontop of, around the existing so I can have sway bar repaired...on site...LMK what you'd charge..needs to be done on site and you'd need a mig
