$10 donation includes guided meditation + breathwork, community interaction, safe environment to foster intention, and local coffee/ tea.
In this session, we will explore themes that will bring more intention into the rest of your day, and week ahead. Living with more intention opens up the possibility to become mindfully aware of the present moment and how you show up for yourself each day.
We will guide you through the evident benefits of meditation and breathwork to press the RESET button amongst the busy-ness of life. This will enhance the way you think, behave, and interact with the world.
Together we will help build the habits that serve us most, and have a community to support us and hold us accountable!
