Kids Fit Club - Movin' and Groovin' Our Kids Fit Club lets you take your kids to your workout without taking the focus off of you! While you are upgrading you, we will help foster a safe and fun environment for your kids to grow both physically and creatively! The first week of our Kids Fit Club will be our Movin' and Groovin' theme, meaning we are going to focus on fun and creative movements that build a positive relationship with movin' and groovin' around! Our Kids Fit Club meets from 8:15am - 9:15am and 9:15am - 10:15am on Tuesday's, Wednesday's, and Thursday's in alignment with our morning EXOS Adult Classes.
