Landlord needs helper to go from job to job, house to house with one of our senior principals. We clean, load and unload parts and tools from pick ups. we shop for parts, yard work and anything else we can do to support our maintenance staff and principals. We manage and work on over 40 houses can nd buy more as often as we can. You can learn on the job what property managers and maintenance staff do in property management and investment of houses.
