Dixie needs a new home. We got Dixie as a 4 month old. She was not house broken, she had just got some shots. In the 3+ months we have had Dixie she has gotten up to date on her shots and has been chipped. If she has an accident her humans are mostly to blame. She comes when she is called when she isn't locked on a scent. She sleeps through the night in dog crate. (8-10 Hours)The Vet told us to wait until she was at least 8 months before having her spayed. She needs a new home because she needs an out side space to run,which we do not have at our Apartment. We have not been able to train her away from the kennel attitude/manners for example her play is very aggressive around people and other dogs with lots of jumping up. She chews on anything, and does not stick to her toys. She pulls on the leash. She has been improving with time, but it is not happening quick enough. She responds very well to treat rewards. She has some very amusing and endearing traits. We acted in haste after our old mellow dog died. We have a substantial investment in Dixie so are asking for a re-homing fee mostly to make sure Dixie gets a good home. Please respond with info as to what kind of home Dixie would be moving to.
