Skilled maintenance / construction laborer performs required general maintenance, a wide variety of construction task, and performs a variety of repair duties. Manages subcontractors as needed and self-motivated to work by self at times. Looking for summer help and a full or part time employee. Responsibilities: • General Maintenance includes: light drywall installation and finishing, painting, ceiling repairs, and other repair work • General Carpentry • Maintain a clean and organized job site • Follow and execute scopes of work with outstanding quality and attention to detail • Manage subcontractors as needed Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Valid Driver’s license • Pass Background Check • Moral Character and outstanding work ethic • Good communication / interpersonal skills while providing quality customer service • Self-motivated to complete assigned tasks within allotted time frame. • Able to work well with others as well as independently, with little or no supervision. Job Type: Salary: $15-22 hour Schedule: Fall – Spring hours 3pm and later, overtime allowed Summer hours – normal hours, overtime allowed Job includes: Flexible work hours, independent work environments, along with changing work environment and consistent work. Light travel around West Michigan, may include occasional overnight travel. We are an "at-will" employer.
