Pay & Benefits: -Pay starts out hourly at $11.75 after training, quickly goes to $12.50, and then progresses from there as you progress. -Your goal with us is to become efficient and quick at what you do, and to get to being paid on a percentage basis. -These teams make the equivalent of $14.50 to $17.00+ per hour on average for their whole work day (including drive time).
