Looking for some People that like to work Hard and dirty we do Foreclosures and evictions what we do is Clean out the homes for the Banks so they can resale your basic knowledge of cleaning out a bunch of trash and misc. stuff they left behind and sometimes the home can be full of trash, you mow lawns, cut down weeds,trim trees, you empty out the whole home basically, you may sometimes install sinks, toilets, lights, and smoke alarms etc. we are base out of Salida and work thru out the central part of California this job does require alot of driving and you are compensated for a portion of it. Tools needed are battery operated hand drills, saws, gas mower, weedwacker and a reliable truck and a trailer is a PLUS
