Join us for an evening of Reiki and Sound Healing Have you been feeling overwhelmed and stressed out? Do you have anxiety or depression? Are you in need of relaxation but find it hard to quiet the mind? Are you in need of self care? Then you don't want to miss out on this unique self care workshop with Reiki and Sound Healing. Sound Healing is a form of vibrational therapy using instruments to induce relaxation within the body, mind and nervous system. Sound Healing helps quiet the mind and brings the energetic bodies back into balance. Reiki is a form of energy healing that works with the energy fields around the body by using hands on techniques and the universal life force energy. Reiki and Sound Healing initiate emotional and/ or physical healing helping us to realease, relax and reset. We will open with a 30 minute educational talk and then prepare for an hour long sound healing with a reiki practitioner walking around giving everyone reiki. *Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow for maximum comfort
