I was in a car accident with my rescue dog Yang and she escaped my car through a broken window. she is wearing a NEON ORANGE COLLAR WITH SILVER REFLECTIVE TAPE but she DOES NOT have a tag with her name or my info. I asked around and Walmart cart pusher did try to call to her but Yang went towards the Panda Express.
