Licensed Contractor needed to do a renovation for mobile homes. You will need to look at the scope of work and give us an estimate that includes MATERIALS and LABOR. Experience Needed: Painting Cleaning Patching drywall, etc. Plumbing Flooring Roofing Must be able to communicate through phone, text and email. Must be able to communicate through phone, text and email. PLEASE READ BELOW: Once your bid for MATERIALS and LABOR is approved, the next step would be getting your credentials (any licensing, insurance, W-9, etc). As for draws, because our relationship is new, we normally don't make an immediate draw. Instead, what we like to do is have you start on a specific project in the unit. Once completed, you’d submit pictures of the progress, then we will make a draw for the next project. In other words, we prefer you did this in phases. Basically, the faster you move, the faster you will get paid for that project. It isn’t uncommon for some of these units to be renovated in two weeks.
