Need new sod lawn & sprinkler system

We already sprayed Tenacity weed killer twice. Want a new sod lawn for both front & back yards with sprinkler systems with automatic timers. (separate water sources available in front and back) Approximately 1,650 total sq ft. of grass - 1000 sq ft in front yard - 650 sq ft in back yard. Plus 150 sq ft of bark chips and drip irrigation for existing rose bushes - 100 sq ft in front yard - 50 sq ft in back yard Pics attached. Current lawn dirt is hard/packed.
