In 2017 Trump revised the tax code. It’s one of the few things Trump accomplished. In this new revised Trump tax code - “businesses and companies that manufactured or staffed management OUTSIDE the United States, pay zero percent in taxes.” American companies that staffed and manufactured outside the U.S. (mostly China) owed no taxes whatsoever. Zero, zip nada.... At the same time companies (both American and foreign) that conducted business inside the U.S. paid 18% in taxes. For an 18% tax savings hundreds of companies left the U.S. both for manufacturing and for managerial. With his new tax code Trump literally drove millions of jobs outside the U.S. this is not putting America first. Biden has since reversed these tax codes. Now, Bide is trying to do the opposite of what Trump did. He will leave taxes alone for companies inside the U,S. And force companies outside the U.S. to pay more in taxes. This will encourage companies to bring their jobs back to America. The 2017 tax revisions are public information. Anyone who doubts me can look them up... I found them and read them about a year and a half ago myself.
