Bassist and lead guitarist needed for new hard rock band

We are a newly forming hard rock band in the San Ramon area. We currently consist of a drummer, guitarist and female vocalist. We are looking to write original material, but maybe an occasional cover for fun. Our individual influences vary. Our drummer is a fan of Dio and Judas Priest, our singer is a fan of Evanescence and Within Temptation, and the rhythm guitarist is a mix of Van Halen and Black Sabbath. Our most significant influences are along the lines of modern hard rock like Breaking Benjamin and Seether. However, there haven't been any songs written yet as we just started a week ago. We all have a great deal of experience in music. From song writing to performing and recording. Our singer is known internationally, our drummer is pro level and the guitarist is a self taught and hard driven multi-instrumentalist. We practice on Friday evenings. No alcohol abuse or substance abuse issues please. We are looking for someone who knows their instrument and has decent gear, knows the song writing process and can participate, and someone who works well with others.
