In my nine years of doing ball tricks, I see that there are a lot of newcomers in this sport who struggle to improve. I can relate because I was once a newcomer too. Over the years, I’ve learned many lessons. One of the lessons that I learned was that in order to go from beginner to advanced level, it is important to focus on the 25% of skills that get you the other 75% of the results. I also learned that there are 4 different styles of doing ball tricks: Lowers, Uppers, Sitdowns, and Ground moves.
