This is a part time insurance inspection job which covers the area between Commerce, Toccoa, Elberton, Hartwell, areas. It average around 120-160 inspections a month. Pay is $11 per inspection and you can average between 3-5 homes an hour depends on the area. Honestly 3 is very rare. Most home are small and no measurements are required. General condition check with a elevated roof photo with a camera pole. Typically on site for no more than 5 minutes. I work for and you will sub contract under me as I am focusing more on my territory around Marietta. There will be a background check completed by them but I will reimburse the cost after training. Requirements are a reliable car, camera, camera pole & cell phone. Mileage can be written off on taxes at over.50 a mile I believe. Most of the clients are aware you will be on premises. I will train you as there is computer work involved as well but not complicated. Prior experience is nice (real estate, construction, etc). Any questions let me know. Payouts will be at the beginning of each month. So May work will be paid the 2nd week of June. Dress code is anything but flip flops and t shirts. Shorts and jeans are fine and polo/button up shirt/ blouse/ sweater etc. Nothing fancy at all. Negatives you ask? Gated property, wrong address, unable to locate, dogs, etc. Positives? Great pay, drive around the country & chat with different folks in the area.
