I'm a professional chef and been cooking all around the world for 30 years. I'm originally from Spain so I’m very well versed in European cuisines, Spanish, French and Italian, I'm also very knowledgeable in Asian, and Latino Cuisines. I have a large repertoire of World fusion healthy Dishes. I can also teach you all aspects of baking, breads, desserts etc. I have a professional kitchen, my classes are very entertaining and knowledgeable, the class will be 3-4 hours and they consists of theory and it's also hands on. I will teach you how to plan and create a dish from scratch, prep work, cooking techniques and the art of plating. The class will include three dishes, an appetizer or salad, an entrée and or a dessert, also what wine to pair it with, we can also focus on soups & sauces and some Baking, would love to be your Chef instructor. I Can do parties up to seven people. I also offer a session of four classes where we cover all aspects in cooking. I have several mother sons students, teenagers.
