Guitarist looking for Vocalist

Hello, I’m a guitarist (30yo/M) looking for a vocalist to start a group with. I have professional gear, recording software and some songs that I’ve written over the years. I have a normal career and would like this to be a weekend/weeknight project. Not limiting the group to “just for fun” but I have more realistic expectations at this point and if this group goes somewhere then great! I would prefer to work a female vocalist, as the previous bands I was in were with female singers 👩‍🎤 and the songs I have are written for them, but I’m open to whatever. I would like us to play acoustic shows and maybe later branch out and possible start a full band. I have a PA, professional gear and reliable transportation. Music I like is Indie, Pop, Alternative. Some bands I like are The Killers, Death Cab for Cutie, Cults, Beabadoobee, Magdalena Bay, and other indie/alternative artists. I’m open to working on your music and would like you to help with lyrics as I feel that’s my weakness in songwriting. If you feel this might be a cool project to start please email/text. I can send samples of recordings I’ve done with other groups on SoundCloud upon request. I am vaccinated at this point so in person rehearsals are cool with me. I’m from Merced but I’m available to travel to the Modesto area Thanks!
