My name is George and I’m retired... The challenge of learning to sing and play in a band is what I’m searching for... About two years ago, four of us (guitar, electric bass, drums, keyboards), all of us retired, were meeting weekly (Wednesday or Thursday afternoons), learning to sing and play together... Our goal was to keep things simple but to get good enough to feel comfortable playing at “Open Mic” nights... Just to see if we could do it! We were having a blast... Then the virus came along and we stopped playing... That was a year ago... Since then we have lost our drummer and our keyboardist... The two of us who still remain have received our vaccinations and we want to build a new band... For sure we need a drummer... It would be great if we could add guitar and keyboards... Or banjo, mandolin, fiddle, cello, etc... So if you’ve always wanted to play in a band, or if it has been years since you’ve played in a band, let’s talk!
