Minor Sheetrock Repair and Paint

I have a client that I need someone to repair screw pops and two (2) cracks above doorways (approximately 3 feet long). They have about 12-15 screw pops. Also need to chalk crown molding base to wall in stairwell which is approximately 15 feet high. The seam is only about 3 feet. You will need to provide chalk, tools, floor protection, and mud to do repairs. Will also need ladder for stairwell work (15 feet). All repairs will need to be painted which will be provided. All interior work. I will pay $50 at completion of work.
