Living Springs Resort is a small campground with 15 RV sites and 15 lodging rentals on 18 wooded acres with a small lake and a year round creek. Located in Shingletown, CA about 15 minutes from the Lassen NP entrance. We are currently hiring a handy person to help us with: bathroom remodeling, cabin and RV remodeling, building deck platforms and gazebos, small 3 ft fences... If you know how to open a wall to install double doors, that is a huge plus but not a deal breaker if you don't have such experience. You are handy with basic electrical knowledge; plumbing skills, carpentry, painting. Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more. If you have experience in any of the following it would be a great plus: painting, carpentry, installing tiles and bathroom remodeling, RV remodeling, cement work. Must be able to pass a drug screen. Be able to work independently and in a team environment. Must have ability to use hand and basic power tools. Professional appearance and demeanor. Must have a valid driver license.
