Abilities must include: * Prefer Knowledge of materials used for deck building (will train) Knowledge of Construction Materials: Specific terms: Types of: lumber, hardware, nails, screws, fasteners. Deck manufacturers names and brands. Organizational skills must be applied. Ability to interface with 4 crew leaders to create material lists. Carry out orders, place orders, keep track of receipts and various purchases & connect them to the specific job deliveries. Physical Abilities must include: • Delivering of tools and various materials to specified job locations: • Heavy Lumber: pull heavy lumber down from home depot rack, purchase and load into trailer. Deliver to job location and deliver to the lumber drop location. • Ability to move concrete bags 80lbs. • Pick up large decking & railing orders from various suppliers with 18ft trailer, pull to job locations. • Ability to maneuver 18ft trailer through Home depot parking, ability to maneuver a 18ft trailer into driveways, and safely navigate the city.
