New Art Installations Bring Sea-Life Look To City Hall

LAGUNA BEACH, CA — The Arts Commission invited the public to attend the dedications for new temporary sculptures by local artists Jeffrey Skarvan and Casey Parlette on Friday, May 7, 2021, at 3:30 p.m. The event started at the Red Phone Booth on Forest Avenue with the dedication of "Call to Action" by Jeffrey Skarvan.
