PHOENIX — Police in Phoenix over the weekend arrested a man they said rammed a police officer's Tahoe and stole a car from a 17-year-old girl while fleeing police last month. Michael Keyton, 32, was charged with aggravated assault, armed robbery and theft of means of transportation after he was found by police in the 3500 block of West Union Hills Saturday morning. Phoenix police said they had probable cause for the arrest of Keyton, who they said gave them a fake name when parked in what was dubbed by police as a "suspicious vehicle" near 2100 West Paradise Drive before ramming the patrol car and a small brick wall. Keyton then got out of his car and ran from the area, police said, before holding up a 17-year-old girl near 21st Avenue and Cactus Road at knife point. Keyton is accused of stealing the girl's keys and her car.
