Description
1) Roughly 12x12 bathroom needs some repairs:
You fix:
-Re-grout all tile- floor, bath enclosure, shower (4x4 tiles from the 1990s / some tiles are loose must fix those as well)
--This means remove the grout, float new grout, remove all caulking, re-caulk (ensure integrity)
-Remove existing 60" double vanity top, replace with new top. Install 2 new faucets into top new 60" top. Plumb all.
(cabinets will stay/not replacing)
-Replace bathtub faucet and hot/cold valves (separate)
--This will require you to cut into the bathtub enclose which is plywood and tile (you can cut around the tile you are re-grouting cleanly).
-Install new toilet.
-Install new 3/4 round on the trim over the tile floor (probably 20 linear feet/not much)
-Touch-up walls and ceiling -w- joint compound and paint both.
2) Small (5x8) bathroom in basement: you fix drywall (minor patching/sanding) and paint.
*I am not expecting you to replace tile or rip anything other than the toilet, sink/vanity top, some of the faucets and existing 3/4 round.
*I will pay for materials. You bring the tools.
*A couple day job for two people. I would do, but don't have time right now.
