Hello. Our dog is named Mia and she is a small black havanese with white fur around her snout and paws. She got out at 9 PM on 5/7 and was last seen on East Russell Rd heading towards Maryland pkwy. She has tags with info, but no chip. If you see or hear anything, please contact me.
