Lost in Chapel Hill on Wesley, near Umstead & Estes. Lost Sunday, May 9. He is wearing a yellow "Adopt Me" harness and has IAR tags. He is a foster dog and doesn’t know the area at all. He's about 4 and a very sweet dog but he might be scared. Do not chase, call out, whistle or clap. Please call Kim anytime, day or night, if you see him. .
