Found small black dog on Stevely Ave in Baldwin Hills

We found a small black dog hanging out on Stevely Ave between August and Pinafore this afternoon (5/9). He has wirey fur, short legs with a long body, about 18-25lbs, grey around the eyes and mouth. He is suuuper friendly so we assume that he's been socialized and likely has a home. If you know this dog, please txt me (Corinne). We can't keep him here long as we have another dog and 2 cats.
