Commercial Residential Maintenance persons needed 12 – 14 hours a week The job can afford a lot of flexibility if needed but you should be a self starter with maintenance and construction experience. If you have worked in property management doing maintenance, that is a plus. Plumbing & electrical skills also a plus. Everyday is different, it might be: Respond to tenant maintenance requests, remodel an apartment, clean common areas, replace a faucet, replace a light, small paint jobs, small landscape maintenance......etc....... Sometimes full unit renovations. You will need basic tools, reliable vehicle. Ability to lift 50 lbs and use a ladder up to 30 feet occasionally Be organized, timely, have excellent communication skills, be comfortable working independently and with others, and have a willingness to uphold company standards. Job pays from $12 - $15 hourly depending on experience. All employees receive a 1099. Not looking for subs or companies, just individual handymen. Must interview. Long Term EXPERIENCE Necessary Must be available to work asap. Need truck or suitable vehicle for this position. Job hours are Monday thru Fridays part time only. No weekends.
