Our family took in Kara at 6 months in May 2019. She was abandoned in our subdivision and we have worked with her to know love and care of a family. She is very loyal to us and unfortunately a member of our family is severely allergic to her fur. She is now 3yr old and will make an absolute loving addition. She prefers to be outdoors as much as possible and does excellent on a leash. She will need to be with someone that will continue her walks and long runs daily. She is very trainable with repetitive training. We keep her inside overnight since she loves to lounge on her bed or her space. She is excitable around excitable people. As for meeting new dogs or people she is can be shy at first. Don’t let her size fool you as she is a gentle girl and will cuddle with you. She can be an only companion or with a pack. She does best with small to medium sized dogs as large dogs do intimidate her. She has never reacted to other dogs other than wanting to play. 3yr old spayed female up to date on prevention and immunizations.
