Stray Cat in need

I live in an apartment complex in kck and my neighbor has moved and abandoned their cat. I'm asking for anyone to please help him. I cannot take him in because I have a brand new baby and two cats already. He has a really bad eye infection and he's not fixed but he's extremely sweet. I feed him every night. I would take him to a shelter but he only comes at night. If anyone could come help him please contact me and I can let you know where he's located. I hope someone is willing to help this poor cat.
