Description

Housing Agency is seeking a Housing Quality Standards (HQS) inspector. This position will travel throughout Wayne, Washtenaw, Oakland, Macomb and St. Clair Counties based on scheduling demands. We will provide required training for HQS certification, if needed, for the right candidate. Candidate should be familiar with home/apartment maintenance and construction. Valid driver's license, transportation and vehicle insurance is required. Prior inspection experience not required.This is a full time position, benefits available (medical, dental, vision, paid holidays and accrued paid time off (PTO) ).
