I am a real estate investor in Waco and I'm looking to hire someone who can help me oversee the remodeling of single family homes I'm buying to get them fixed up to either sell or rent. Look forward to working with you! I can pay hourly or by the project, whatever you prefer. If you're a general contractor I can happily pay you all costs plus 15% for your profit, and if you're a project manager I'll pay all costs plus a bonus per job based on the scope of the work.
