David Friesen is offering jazz workshops in the Portland area. Once a month Jazz Bassist David Friesen leads a jazz ensemble through four jazz standards from the Realbook Vol. 1 6th Edition (link below). Unlike private lessons, this is a lesson about how to play with a group, how to lead, how to accompany. David has been part of the Jamey Aebersold jazz teaching clinic for the past 20 years.
