Spay and nueter help?

Hi! My poor grandma is bed ridden with two of my aunts living with her turning her run down manufacture home into a hoarders house for years. They recently got 4 new kittens(two boys and two girls) who all seem to have upper respiratory infections and one really small one who is skin and bones 😪 I don't know if there's anything I can do to save them! Breaks my heart. I know for a fact they won't spay and nueter them as I had to find help for the other three that they got a few years ago. Does anyone know of someone who helps do stays and nueters? Vet care? I found help before but I didn't think to keep their contact info as I didn't think they would get anymore kitties 😞 Please let me know! I'm afraid the little one won't last much longer.
