Saw a deceased tabby at the corner of Willamette St and Stonewood drive (at the entrance/exit for the Highlands condos) in south Eugene. I could not get out of my car to look at the whole situation but from what I could see it looks fully tabby pattern (no white patches) with dark colored lips. Brown/black swirls. Body is next to the stop sign. I’m so sorry for the kitty and for its people. RIP
